We loved the hotel and Prague, had 10 good days there. The location was quiet for Prague, near Vitkov monument, several restaurants and shops and bars and the main square. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 15 mins walk from the venue.

I didn't want to say goodbye, so recommend this hotel. The room I booked was a nice size with modern furniture. The breakfast was complimentary, the check in was early...
Views were quite bad.

The breakfast was delicious and very very good exactly for my taste, I truly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was close enough to the tram, the public transport and tram stop away from the next subway and 3 tram stops away from the city center. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Imperial, they had some goodies, drinks.
The room had really bad views.

This hotel met every demand in every way, 100% recommend. Everything was great, had a truly memorable stay especially during winter time. The restaurant was great with interesting menu, I tried hot dishes. A fitness club and treadmills were right on spot. Late check-out was useful.

The hotel was clean with excellent and absolutely friendly staff and free of charge breakfast. Good sized and air-conditioned rooms, however the view was very very bad.
Their staff were very unfriendly.

We have been to Prague before but this was the first time we had stayed at the hotel Alwyn. If we visit Prague again we will definitely stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also ate in the hotel restaurant 3 out of 5 of the nights as the food was excellent. We travelled with a young baby and needed a kettle for his bottles which was provided along with a travel cot which was in the room on arrival. Thank you to all the staff for a friendly welcome.

So glad we chose it, spent 10 good days here. It had quiet location, just next door to several restaurants and shops and bars around the corner.

This hotel is located in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It's perfect for those seeking some peace and relaxation during their stay. The rooms, with their modern furniture and comfortable beds, are cleaned daily and the towels are changed daily as well. I couldn't find any faults with the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. Additionally, the breakfast offered at this hotel is exactly to my taste. It provides a great variety of options and is included in the price, which makes it even better value for money.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were beyond satisfactory.

Hotel Alwyn is 3 years old, en beautifully styled. It has only 24 rooms so the service is very personal. They have 6 reserved parking places in front of the hotel for free. (the whole street is free parking also but there are a lot of cars already, so ask to reserve a parkingplace in advance. The deluxe rooms are very nice and spacious with a balcony and a bath. The standard rooms have a shower and no balcony. Restaurant is very good, hotel clients get 20% discount on the bill. There is a fitness room (free) sauna (euro 10). Located in a quiet street close to city centre (25 minutes by foot, trams on the corner of the street, 5 minutes). Breakfast is excellent.
For walking to the city centre 25 minutes is just too long. You can buy a 24 hours (and up to 3 days) metrocard in the Florenc metro station. 500 meters walk. You need to pay in coins in the machine (110 cz krona for adults). After that you can use this card for metro and trams as well. The balconies overlook the backside of the hotel with a big flat 300 meters away. The view is not nice, but you can sit outside.
